Having a meeting is the first step in personalising your wedding day. After discussing ideas and getting to know about you (and your closest friends and family), I’ll begin the process of creating a tailor-made story which will transform your day into an emotional, unique, and fun-filled event. But more of that later. As an experienced wedding day host and MC, providing the music is just a part of what I do, but let’s start there.

During our consultation we’ll discuss your special songs, your favourite artists, and the most appropriate genres to be played at key points, including:

Your Love Story
I’m sure you’ve attended a wedding where a member of the venue staff has donned a stiff, red coat and introduced the bride and groom to the wedding breakfast (with the voice of a drill sergeant) in little more than a sentence. And if you’re looking for something like that – something snappy and impersonal – I’m afraid I’m not your man! This is where some of our planning comes into play and you’ll be given the red carpet treatment you deserve. The Super Grand Entrance
As an alternative to the Love Story, why not let your bridal party know how special they are to you? I’ll introduce the ushers, bridesmaids, maid of honour, and best man individually. There’s even the option to include a sentimental touch or some funny anecdotes and sound clips that’ll certainly leave your guests smiling, before introducing you to your guests. Pearls of Wisdom
This is something for your friends and family to get involved in, by providing you with their words of wisdom for a long and happy marriage. The responses can be rather ‘interesting’ to say the least, and the best of them will be read out for everyone to enjoy!
Of course, no wedding is complete without the speeches, toasts, and the cutting of the cake. As voices can be so easily lost (especially in larger rooms or with nervous speakers), you’ll be provided with wireless microphones to ensure nobody misses a single word of those treasured moments. And, of course, I’ll take care of all the introductions and make sure everything happens exactly when it’s supposed to.
